There's quite a few solid examples of big companies utilizing social media in a successful way. From Zappos to Dell, big brands are showing their social media chops.
One such company is Starbucks, the coffee company that Millions Worldwide have grown to love and trust.
Many months back a book by the CEO came across my radar titled "Onward". 2 weeks ago, finally got around to reading it and at the time of writing this, am about 75% of the way through it.
Although the book doesn't speak a lot about Starbucks' social media efforts, it did however cause me to explore more into their social media presence.
